We are proud to be one of the oldest privately owned construction companies in South Africa being a Level 4 contributer to BBBEE in the Construction Sector with a CIDB rating of Grade 9GB.

Our history dates back to 1940, when Nicolo’ R M Giuricich founded Giuricich Bros in Johannesburg together with his wife Claudia and brother Cesare.  Nicolo was active in the company until his passing in 2004.

In the same year, the company became a BEE contributor with the original owners restructuring it to ensure continued growth and strength. Giuricich Bros Construction (Pty) Ltd was formed out of the original Giuricich Bros, Ukhamba Holdings and Giuricich Bros PDI’s.

The company's organisational structure is as follows:
Giuricich Bros Construction 74% ownership
Ukhamba Holdings 20% ownership
Phakamisa Gb Trust 6% ownership
