Welcome to the Giuricich Bros Construction website. We are involved in building construction and developments in South Africa.

Our history dates back to 1940, when Nicolo’ R M Giuricich founded Giuricich Bros in Johannesburg together with his wife Claudia and brother Cesare.

Nicolo Giuricich was active in the company until his passing in 2004, however, he ensured his family continued to grow the company and in 2004 they became a BEE company with the original owners restructuring it to ensure the continued growth and strength of the company.

In 2004, Giuricich Bros Construction (Pty) Ltd was formed out of the original Giuricich Bros, Ukhamba Holdings and Giuricich Bros PDI’s and the company organization structure is as follows:
Giuricich Bros (Pty) Ltd 74% ownership
Ukhamba Holdings 20% ownership
Phakamisa Gb Trust 6% ownership
